Opportunities are currently available for suitably qualified candidates to fill thirteen positions in our Graduate Development Program. Successful candidates will be given a one year contract with the possibility of further extension based on attitude and performance.

Position Purpose
The JTI Malawi Graduate Development Program is targeted at building highly skilled professionals by providing them with practical hands on experience, professional skills training and coaching from our highly experienced work force thereby equipping them to drive our business objectives. Successful candidates will go through a series of rotational assignments within the company focusing on a broader understanding of
the JTI operations as well as the leaf supply chain.
