Internal Audit Supervisor - Lilongwe - Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited
Reporting to the internal audit manager
Conduct operational audits, systems audits and assess compliance with company procedures and policies, Perform SOX compliance audits in line with the company’s SOX compliance program, Carry out audit investigations, Coordinate field work preparation, audit execution, audit reporting and ensure audit work meets accepted standards of internal audit practice, Add value through internal - control improvement recommendations and timely follow up on the implementation of agreed recommendations
Must be between 30-40 yrs of age, Must have a good understanding of internal audit practices, principles, procedures and IIA standards on professional internal audit practice, Must have at least 3 yrs audit experience at a supervisory level, Must have excellent communication, analytical and computer skills, Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, Candidates with Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification will have an added advantage, Candidate should be in possession of an Accounting degree or its equivalent
