FOOD ASSISTANCE OFFICER - SAENER RESPONSE
PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide overall management and supervision of the implementation of food/assistance programs in Zomba district. The holder of this position is directly responsible for the commodity management/cash tracking and accountability systems as well as formulation and submission of food/cash monthly reports like the CSR, RSR, LSR, LMMS and the narrative reports for (Food Programme Management Group)FPMG and donors.

RESPONSE MANAGER - SAENER RESPONSE
PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Response Manager over role leadership in managing the entire SAENER (Southern Africa El Nino Emergency Response) Malawi CATIII Global Response from strategy to implementation, inclusive of performance and oversight of all aspects of the response. He or She should develop and maintain an efficient, cohesive team, whilst ensuring effective coordination and relationships with the other agencies, government officials, beneficiaries, donors, churches, SAENA regional Office and all areas of the Partnership. The Response Manager shall provide over role Leadership to all sectors of the Response that includes; Operations sector, Support services, Programs, Liaison and Security. Observe mission and core values of World Vision and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.

FIELD FACILITATOR
Purpose of the position: Under the direction of the Project Coordinator and Zonal MNeCH Coordinator, the Development Facilitator will be responsible for implementation and field level coordination/ facilitation of the Prevention of Stunting Project (PSP) within the designated health facility catchment area. The position will take ownership for the delivery of Nutrition and WASH interventions ensuring that there is a measurable impact on identified growth targets. The position will be familiar with a broad cross-section of activities, resources, and techniques associated with the development and implementation of the TP. The position will have a working knowledge of and tangible experience in program planning and implementation and fostering partnerships in health, nutrition and WASH.

Logistics Manager - SAENER Response
PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Logistics Manager, SAENER (South Africa El Nino Emergency Response)Response, leads and manages the set up/ scale up of all emergency response logistics functions and responsibilities as well as manages the logistics staff. S/he supports the Response Manager and other members of the Response team on the best use of World Vision resources, and will work at Response Head Office level. S/he is responsible for providing logistics support to large and/or complex programs, with a broad spread of programs, staffing, thematic interventions, and complexity. This can include remote management, management of multiple field bases or direct line management of a large single project or function.
