VMMC/FSW (Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision/Female Sex Worker), Coordinator - Blantyre - Psi Malawi
Develop workplan and budget for VMMC/FSW project, Organise, conduct an devaluate trainings for FSW peer educators, Develop referral mechanisms for peer educators, Develop HIV STI kits and protocols, Develop referral tracking mechanism and trainings for service providers, Monitoring peer educators, Supervise CBDAs and project staff, Coordinate and monitor home based Art, Conduct training for project staff, Coordinate reports from peer educators, Coordinate with M&Es for evaluation of the programme, Compile reports and evaluate the project
Minimum of Diploma in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences or rural Development or degree in related field with 3 yrs experience, Extensive experience in working with HSAs, CBDAs or any community workers
Knowledge n HIV testing and ART management, Project management skills, People management skills, communication skills, Be a self starter, Result oriented and team player, Possess a clean driver’s licence
Quality Assurance Coordinator - Blantyre - PSI Malawi
Arrange internal audit for the program, Oversee Monitoring plan, Produce reports for the program, Design job aide and tools for the program, Monitor and maintain professional standards of the program, Supervise, monitor and assess service providers, Monitor the quality of VMMC, HTC and HIV-FP integration services program
Degree in Nursing or Clinical Medicine with 3 yrs experience ability to conduct Family Planning Counselling, Ability to provide Long Acting and reversible contraceptives, Skills in provision of HTC and/or VMMC, Supervisory skills in Quality Care Assessment
CBDO Community Based Distribution Officer Coordinator - Blantyre - PSI Malawi
Coordinate and monitor home based ART services, Conduct training for new service providers, Develop referral mechanism for CBDAs, Develop HIV St protocols, referral and tracking tools, Develop and manage HIVST kits, organise a, conduct and evaluate trainings for CBDAs
Support STAR (HIV Self Testing Africa project) officers and HIV service providers, Develop work plan and budget for CBDO project, Compile and evaluate on project performance, Conduct training for project staff., Supervise CBDAs and project staff Keep record of the project
Minimum of Diploma in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences or Rural development, with 7 yrs experience or Degree in related field with 3 yrs experience, Extensive experience in working with HSAs and CBDAs
Skills in project management, Knowledge in IV testing and ART management, Excellent skills in communication and Report writing, Result oriented and team player, Should be self starter, Skills to manage people, Must possess a clean driver’s licence
