Location: London, UK or Johannesburg, South Africa 
Local Terms and Conditions of Employment will apply, starting basic salary GB£31,617 per annum

As a member of our Organisational Effectiveness Team you will work to ensure ActionAid International operates as efficiently and effectively as possible and delivers lasting change to some of the worlds’ poorest people. Specifically, you help informannual planning decisions by helping co-ordinate and deliver annual planning tools that provide the organization with evidence based analysis on progress and performance.You will also work with colleagues across the organisation to embed measurement processes to track progress and demonstrate impact and performance as well as streamline planning and reporting processes.  
It is essential you have experience of planning, performance measurement and reporting in a complex international environment. You will have excellent analytical skills, be PC literate (especially Excel) and expert at report writing. An effective project manager, you will be able to meet deadlines and are effective at influencing others. A second language would be an advantage but you must have a good standard of spoken and written English.
