Malawi Housing Corporation is a statutory body with o statutory mandate of facilitating and providing habitable and affordable houses through plot development, construction and maintenance in an environmentally and economically sustainable manner.
RECORDS OFFICER
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registering all surveys done by the land survey department
- Filling of all survey drawings and computations that constitute survey records
- Keeping survey records taken out by different users
- Attending to requests for particulars of surveys drawing and other records Providing prints or photocopies of Working Plans, Deed Plans and Site Plans to different users within and outside the department
- Creating database for all surveys.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Must have knowledge in GIS
- Excellent skills in data base administration
- Be able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be below 40 years of age.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Information Technology or Geographical Information Systems
- Should have a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a busy office
