Malawi Housing Corporation is a statutory body with o statutory mandate of facilitating and providing habitable and affordable houses through plot development, construction and maintenance in an environmentally and economically sustainable manner.
STORE KEEPER
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeping custody of all Survey equipment, Instruments and Materials
- Checking out and in of all survey equipment and instruments when surveyors go out in the field
- Reporting to the Principal Land Surveyor any losses in the survey stores
- Requisitioning any replacements of survey equipment and materials
- Liaising with the Corporation’s stores and purchasing officer on the requirements of the survey deportment
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent skills in maintaining accurate stock records
- Be able to work with minimum supervision
- Be able to communicate effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or its equivalent
