Description
NIRAS is looking for a water resources specialist or hydrologist for Technical assistance for the Malawi NRWB Water Efficiency Project. Tasks and activities include:
- Mapping survey and assessment of water resources
- Feasibility study of abstraction schemes
- Optimised well field system
- Data collection (remote sensing data, field surveys, borehole drilling and pumping tests)
- Tendering and procurement

Qualifications required
Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
Master in Water Resources, Hydrogeology or similar.
Professional experience required
Minimum 10 years’ experience. Extensively experience in mapping and surveys on ground water
