The consulting services will include (i) review of detailed designs, (ii) development of efficient and effective wellfield pumping system, (iii) development of GIS and (iv) a hydraulic model, (v) design of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Management Information System (MIS), (vi) staff training on GIS, Hydraulic modelling and leak detection, (vii) reduction in non-revenue water to approximately 25% from the current36%, (viii) satisfactory project procurement and (ix) project management and monitoring, (x) development of a sanitation project proposal, (xi) assessment of the potential of Lunyangwa Dam Raising and (xii) design of two river intakes.

Professional experience required
Minimum 20 years’ experience - 5 years in international management. Extensive experience in management within water supply Utilities. Experience in Sub Saharan Africa
