Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager – ECRP, Malawi, Fixed Term contract for 14 months, with possible extension -Christian Aid

Will work across the consortium to lead the effective and efficient Monitoring and Evaluation of programme activities, identify and share best practice and implement a knowledge management system, This role leads on donor and inter-consortium reporting, which involves working closely with a range of partners, This roles ensures that case studies and programmatic evidence inform advocacy work, It also involves implementing the communications strategy for ECRP
Candidates for this job should have a Masters Degree in a relevant discipline and experience of compliance, monitoring and evaluation and project cycle management procedures and processes, Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation against log frames is essential as are experience of data analysis and an understanding of the requirements of institutional donors, Candidates must also have highly effective organisational skills and the ability to quickly establish and work with complex systems and procedures, An ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and with multiple priorities is essential for this post. Candidates must also have hands-on experience of building the monitoring and evaluation skills and capacity of others, and of working with multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations, The candidate must have a keen interest in enhancing learning through sharing of learned and through communications
