Diploma in Agriculture or its equivalent, Able to implementing DAPP Farmers Clubs Concept preferable, Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organise and train 250 women farmers in DAPP farmers Clubs Concept including training farmers in farming skills and new farming technologies, trainings in leadership skills, management and planning, mobilization, organisation, skills facilitation, establishment of marked linkages over a 3 yr period
