Oversee all project activities including selection of girls to benefit from the scholarships using guidelines provided and be the main contact point for the PA, Sport the implementation of activities under the “+18Project” in accordance with the project documents (proposal, logical framework, approved budget and M&E framework) including planning and organising initial assessment, workshops and meetings, Responsible for submitting activity pans, reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the PAM, Liaise and coordinate regularly with all stakeholders (govt including Ministry of Education, partner schools, communities and Plan0 on implementation procedures, Follow up regularly with schools on girls’ performance, monitor progress and indentify gaps and needs to be addressed for successful completion by the girls, Analyse the situation of girls in partner schools using the Girls Opportunity Star Tool in supporting girls to
reflect on their own empowerment and how it can be improved, Disseminate the scholarship selection guidelines and criteria to all the partner schools an d communities, Ensure close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreement documents, Conduct regular monitoring visits to target schools and communities to provide ongoing support to school clubs, teachers and community groups, Prepare progress and financial reports as stipulated in the grant documents, Support the development and/or review of project documents such as training and IEC material 

Degree in Education with minimum 3 yrs of experience, Experience in education in general and girls education in particular, gender and social mobilisation, Experience in program management preferably scholarships, project design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, Experience in working with rural communities and local established structures desirable, Experience in research and statistical analysis will be an added advantage , Proficient in the use of the Microsoft packages
