Field Coordinator – Malawi Assemblies of God
Will be responsible for leading the Savings and credit Association within his/her zone
Responsible for ensuring that all Church Facilitators he/she oversees are conducting program activities in compliance with the Operations Manual, Provide training mentorship to Church Facilitators, Continuous monitoring and evaluation of Savings Groups through regular group visitation, Orient church leaders to Saving Group Ministry, collect and consolidate monthly reports, Attend necessary trainings, staff retreats and monthly meetings, Manage relationships between Church and Saving Group ministry in the region, Provide support to Church Facilitators in troubleshooting conflict resolution and Church-relations
Practicing Born Again Christian, Diploma in Community and Development/Social Work, Experience in community development and mobilisation, Demonstrated capacity for mentoring and training, Commitment to holistic ministry
At least 2 yrs field experience in community development or similar role, Previous experience in any community service
