Reporting to the  Zonal Coordinator, the Program Associate provides programmatic support to the South West zone, This position assist the Zonal Coordinator in managing and implementing the non-clinical components of the program such as strengthening supply management of HIV commodities, patient tracking systems, and documentation at facility level, Coordinate with the District Pharmacy Technician to monitor the supply chain management of HIV drugs and other commodities to ensure that there are no stock outs or expired drugs and commodities, Support facilities to establish and/or strengthen patient tracking systems including defaulter tracking, Build the capacity of facility staff on MOH monitoring and evaluation tools, In collaboration with other technical staff/consultants supervise all facility renovations supported by MSH, Manage the distribution all equipment and supplies to all MSH-supported districts and share accountability with the zonal
 coordinator 

Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 3 yrs of relevant professional experience such as on monitoring and evaluation, supply management and project management in the health sector, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software, Detail oriented, Experience in event planning, administration and/or project management, Excellent written and spoken English skills
