Timely production of monthly and other periodic project financial reports, Monthly reconciliations of the accounts receivables and accounts payables, Monthly reconciliations of all the cash and bank accounts for the project, Managing proper and up to date physical records as a back up to the records system, Advising the Program Coordinator and Project Management on all strategic project financial matters

Minimum of a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or its equivalent from a recognised institution, At least a minimum of 3 yrs practical experience at a similar position in a donor funded program preferably DFID, Team player and computer literate especially in sage Pastel and Microsoft applications, Must be willing to work during odd hours including weekends whenever necessary
