Will be responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating trainings, attending to visitors and telephone calls 

Responsible for logistics around program trainings and meetings, Book accommodation, Order training materials from stores, Coordinate per diems for participants 
Coordinate booking of conference venue, Assist with printing and photocopying of different office documents, Assist the human resource and administration officer during interviews, Attend to visitors and directing calls

Diploma in Business Administration, Minimum 3yrs experience in manning the front desk in a busy organisation, Good communication skills both oral and written, Should carry out the duties with honesty and integrity
