To ensure that the Eaton Tower’s quality, Safety Health, Social, Security, Cultural, Environmental and Risk Management 

Technical tertiary qualification with industry knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSA 18001, Site Build and Construction Regulations training 

A least 10 yrs experience within a SHERQ environment with a minimum of 3 yrs n a management position 

Good understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk management systems with appropriate training in the implementation management and auditing of business management systems, Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point 

Assertive, self starter, team leader who is task focused, being able to work under pressure with a fast workpace and multitask and pay significant attention to detail 

Managing SHERQ policies in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004 reflecting business operations of Eaton Towers, Assist with the review all business processes procedures and form/templates to ensure compliance, External and internal auditing, Manage corrections, corrective and preventive actions Quality, environmental, H&S checks and reporting, As built quality control inspection as per defined schedule, Technical site survey reports (TSSR) and site design, Issue ad risk management system
