Mechanical Pool Coordinator
Qualification & Experience- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Diploma in Agriculture
- At least 3 years experience on a farm or industry with heavy plant farm machines
- Supervising Land preparation operations done by contractors
- Allocating operators, machines and implements to various work stations
- Monitoring fuel usage for all machines
- Supervising a team of drivers and operators
- Enforcing work place Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards
Artisan Mechanic
Qualification & Experience
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Grade 1 National Trade Test Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics
- Malawi Advanced Craft Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics
- At least 5 years experience as Heavy Plant Mechanic
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending to routine vehicle service
- Diagnosing faults and repairing the diagnosed faults
- Dismantling and assembling engines
- Enforces Illovo SHERQ procedures and ensure compliance at all times
Heavy Plant Artisan Mechanic

Qualification & Experience
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Grade 1 National Trade Test Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics
- Malawi Advanced Craft Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics
- At least 5 years experience as Heavy Plant Mechanic
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overhauling various heavy plant machine engines
- Diagnosing faults and repairing the diagnosed faults in the heavy plant machine engine
- Checking, servicing and repairing the pre-load system of some heavy plant machine and bench engine testing
- Completing necessary administration work e.g. carrying out works orders
- Training subordinates and apprentices
