PSI Malawi is a member of PSI international who is a global health organization dedicated to improving the health of people in the developing world by focusing on serious challenges like a lack of family planning, HIV and AIDS, barriers to maternal health, and the greatest threats to children under five, including malaria, diarrhea, pneumonia and malnutrition.

PSI Malawi is therefore inviting applications from qualified, experienced and result oriented persons to urgently fill the following vacant position

Site Supervisor Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities
➢ Manage and supervise daily activities of the team
➢ Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site activities
➢ Intensify Infection Prevention in all sites
➢ Identify challenges and report accordingly
➢ Prepare all stages of the programme reports
➢ Effective management of the supply chain at point of service delivery
➢ Liaise with  Quality Assurance Manager on staff training needs
Qualification and Experience
➢ Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy Clinical setup with experience in
    supervising and  managing clinics
➢ Should be registered with Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi
Skills and Competences
➢ Must have outreach and supervisory skills
➢ Must have team management experience
➢ Must have good leadership and analytical skills
➢ Excellent communication skills
➢ Excellent  facilitation, negotiation and problem solving skills
➢ Should be a self-starter, effective team player and result oriented
➢ An excellent team player
