Demand Creation Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate development, planning and coordination of demand creation activities for PSI activities
-
Supervise a team of demand creation officers
-
Develop effective demand creation strategies
-
Ensure DC Officers are conducting mapping and allocate clinic sites
-
Ensure DC Officers organizing and conducting community entry meetings
-
Provide technical support and leadership to demand creation officers
-
Provide reports to Communication Manager and relevant Program Managers
Qualification & Experience
-
Degree in Communication, Community Development or Public Health or relevant field with at least 2 and in community mobilization and engagement, behavior change communication programs or;
-
Diploma in Communication, Community Development or Public Health or relevant field with at least 3 years’ experience in community mobilization and engagement, behavior change communication programs.
Skills and Knowledge

Good interpersonal communication and analytical skill

Good experience in working with different teams

Excellent understanding of young people and their needs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good facilitation and strong leadership skills

Self-starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable result-oriented track record
