ME&A is currently recruiting for professionals in human and institutional capacity development that hold CPT certification from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), or HPI certification from the American Society for Training and Development, for Human and Institutional Development Projects sponsored by USAID.
The HICD Specialist will provide expert guidance on all aspects of HICD to implementing partners, USAID missions and other stakeholders. Assignments may include performance assessments, performance solutions design and performance monitoring, management system design and surveys. Candidates may assume lead roles at various stages of an HICD project. Candidates will perform consulting activities to assist in such areas as leadership, strategic planning, information systems analysis, process improvement and organizational development. Assignments can be long or short term depending of project requirements.
