To write persuasive proposals In support of wining new business, including information and document compilation and best practice capture, The performance will be based on the results of the business opportunities achieved 

Gather, collate and write material in order to met the requirements for prequalification and tender submissions, Work to a number of deliverables to meet tender requirements, Maintain regular communication with the work wining team, Capture work wining presentation and format form tender strategy meetings, Write specific responses to questions in a tender, Keep up to date with project specific case studies, research and write supporting information for use in proposals, including case studies, Vs, project best practices and project innovations, Attend Bid team meetings and share outputs for future use through the knowledge database, liaise with the operations teams in order to ensure that they are briefed on the details of the bid and work with them on the resolution of technical responses, Keep abreast proposal bets practice, including guidance to less experienced staff and those from other areas of the business

Develop and compressive short term strategy for each SBU for it to be sustained in the competitive Market 

Position and fast penetration of GIMM Holdings to the challenged target Market 

Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management focus on business strategy and growth, Has thorough knowledge and experience of the techniques and methods of proposal writing and understands the requirements for quality presentations and customer focus, Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and in design publishing software, Has good report writing skills, Pays attention to detail and will see tasks through to completion, working as part of a team, Is a team player with excellent interpersonal and communications kills Is a self starter who can manage their own time and proactively seeks and executes activities that will add value, A creative thinker, talker and seller, Has some knowledge of the Water Well drilling industry or experience within a Profit making organisation
