Cardno, a global leader in international project management, seeks expressions of interest from development assistance specialists with expertise across the governance, trade, education, health and rural development sectors. Current vacancies throughout the Asia-Pacific region include:
  • Team Leader / Chief of Party of large scale complex multi-sector facilities;
  • Operations Manager / Senior Program Manager;
  • International Trade Specialist (trade policy and regulations, infrastructure, trade agreements);
  • Education and Skills / TVET Specialists (including teaching, learning and professional leadership; skills development; formal and informal sectors);
  • Social Infrastructure Specialist (school construction and rehabilitation, health infrastructure); 
  • Rural Development Specialists (Rural Livelihoods, Community Based Development, Agriculture and Food Security, Rural Service Delivery and Natural Resource Management);
  • Public Management Specialist (public finance, public administration, procurement, human resources management, asset management); and,
  • Private Sector Development Specialist (business enabling environment, markets for the poor, SME development).
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Tertiary related qualification in relevant disciplines;
  • Extensive experience (>15 years) in design and delivery of development programs in Indo-Pacific;
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and project management capabilities;
  • Excellent relationship management skills, working and liaising with multiple stakeholders at a strategic and policy implementation level;
  • Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills;
