- Team Leader / Chief of Party of large scale complex multi-sector facilities;
- Operations Manager / Senior Program Manager;
- International Trade Specialist (trade policy and regulations, infrastructure, trade agreements);
- Education and Skills / TVET Specialists (including teaching, learning and professional leadership; skills development; formal and informal sectors);
- Social Infrastructure Specialist (school construction and rehabilitation, health infrastructure);
- Rural Development Specialists (Rural Livelihoods, Community Based Development, Agriculture and Food Security, Rural Service Delivery and Natural Resource Management);

Required Skills and Attributes:
- Tertiary related qualification in relevant disciplines;
- Extensive experience (>15 years) in design and delivery of development programs in Indo-Pacific;
- Demonstrated strong leadership and project management capabilities;
- Excellent relationship management skills, working and liaising with multiple stakeholders at a strategic and policy implementation level;
- Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills;
