Description
- A Masters Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience of which at least three years should have been dedicated to skills gap analysis
- In the absence of a Masters degree a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent, will be considered with at least 9 years' experience in the fields listed above
- Demonstrable knowledge of developing/using capacity diagnosis tools
- Experience working in the public sector
