IBIS is hiring a Programme Development Advisor for IBIS Mozambique to be stationed in Maputo for a period of 24 months with possibilities of extension.
The Programme Development Advisor (PDA) is part of the Programme Management Team consisting of the TPD’s, Financial Manager and the Director. Overall responsibility of the PDA is to ensure an effective implementation of programme development and back donor coordination.
The PDA is the internal coordinator on programme development and is responsible for organizing IBIS Mozambique’s back donor activities, including meetings, take the lead in drafting proposals as well as develop new innovative programme designs and approaches to be submitted to donors.
The PDA will in close cooperation with the Country Director (CD) be involved in various reporting to Head Office (HO) and donors. Further to this it is the responsibility of the PDA to lead the implementation of the communication strategy, including IBIS Mozambique newsletter and documentation of results needed for program development and advocacy in Mozambique and DK.

Contract period: 24 months, extension possible, from May 1, 2014.
