On a daily basis executes transformation programmes in each region within the approved budget and time scales in consultation with the regional managers and the Transformation Manager, Provides the region with  monthly statistics on customers social and financial transformation indicators (PPI) and proposals to counteract shortfalls in each region, On a monthly basis assist regional manager sin the execution of various transformational events within their regions targeted at improving customer satisfaction, deposit mobilisation, quality of loan book in consultation with the Transformation Manager, On  weekly basis coordinates the preparations of morning devotions schedules with Human Resources and regional managers, Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time 
Provides the region with monthly statistics on customers social and financial transformation indicators (PPI) and proposals to counteract shortfalls in each region 
Conducts surveys periodically to obtain information on how customers are transforming their lives and obtain accurate statistics by gender, age group and location in consultation with the Regional Manager and transformation manager, Analyses monthly all innovative bank products uptake in the region 

On a monthly basis assist regional managers in the execution of various transformational events within their regions targeted at improving customer satisfaction, deposit mobilisation, quality of loan book in consultation with the Transformation Manager 

Trains customers in financial literacy topics and financial products On a monthly basis writes at least one savings and one loan clients’ success stories, Conduct insight trips for thin the region in consultation with the regional Manager and the transformation Manager 

On a weekly basis coordinates the preparations of morning devotion schedules with Human Resources and Regional Managers, Ensure that all bank outlets have weekly devotion schedules and all bank employees attend morning devotions, Ensures that bank’s code of conduct is discussed during morning devotions 

Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and consensus building skills, Team player with ability to multi-task, Excellent interpersonal, writing, speaking, coordination skills, Knowledge of commercial and microfinance banking operations and code of conducts, High level of computer literacy with Microsoft packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, Photoshop and publishing 

Diploma in Education, Community development, microfinance or related field from a recognised institution, At least 2-3 yrs of working experience in Banking industry or microfinance institution
