We are looking for a Programme Manger with regional knowledge and experience who can work in partnership with local organisations in complex political environments to help us translate our plans for development and justice into reality.
Job Role
Working as part of the Mozambique team you will be responsible for developing the sustainable livelihood programme and ensuring its implementation by CAFOD’s partners. You will be responsible for the link between livelihoods and socio-economic justice.
Your Profile
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with extensive experience of designing and working in programmes of Sustainable Livelihoods, ideally also in Mozambique. You will have proven experience in programme cycle management, writing proposals and assessing reports, strategic planning and capacity building of local partners in the relevant sector and accompanying other senior staff.
You will have a commitment to working in partnership, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build and hold relationships with a broad range of people in various cultural contexts. You will have the Mozambican nationality and be fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
