Administrator
The role
- Normal office duties, typing letters, memo’s, minutes of meetings, faxes
- Assist that all documents are filed in an orderly manner
- Relieving administrators in other departments
- Ordering Stationary
- Arrange all functions and ordering of canteen requirements
- Payment req’s to accounts
- Assisting with Debtors queries/POD’s
- Assisting with general customer queries
- Assisting with creditors/suppliers queries
- Opening of new jobs on the system and completion of data packs
- Quotation to customers
- Following up on outstanding orders from customers
- Assisting with creditors/suppliers queries
Your Profile
- Grade 12
- Advance computer literacy
- English proficiency
- 2 Years experience in office duties.
- Experience working in Aurora will be an advantage
