Administrator
The role
  • Normal office duties, typing letters, memo’s, minutes of meetings, faxes
  • Assist that all documents are filed in an orderly manner
  • Relieving administrators in other departments
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Arrange all functions and ordering of canteen requirements
  • Payment req’s to accounts
  • Assisting with Debtors queries/POD’s
  • Assisting with general customer queries
  • Assisting with creditors/suppliers queries
  • Opening of new jobs on the system and completion of data packs
  • Quotation to customers
  • Following up on outstanding orders from customers
  • Assisting with creditors/suppliers queries
Your Profile
  • Grade 12
  • Advance computer literacy
  • English proficiency
  • 2 Years experience in office duties.
  • Experience working in Aurora will be an advantage
