Minimum qualifications:
- Post graduate degree in Environmental Law.
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor) in Law or any profession relevant to the assignment.
- At least 10 years of professional working experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience working on climate change and local government institutional issues and reforms related to water and sanitation.
- Specific experience on revising norms, standards, and design criteria is preferred.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency is essential for the assignment.
- Familiarity with the local context and working experience in Mozambique is also preferred.
