Ideal incumbent must be a self starter, capable of putting together acompetent team to manage and run the store
A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, Multi-faceted skills base that includes sales, merchandising, stock rotation, security and basic accounting, A people person, able to interact with customers and manage a huge staff complement, An understanding of stock management systems, Ability to set up and implement internal controls, Flexible to work any and all hours, Must have an appreciation for ideal security systems for retail administration, Retail experience at a senior level for at least 5 yrs with a leading retailer is a must
