Recruitment and induction plans, Maintaining personnel fields and list, Manage time sheets and overtime, prepare monthly reports of the same, Manage all types of staff leave and related issues, Developing and implementing policies, Manage grievances and disciplinary issues, Manage and negotiate with staff representatives
Tertiary qualification, Comprehensive, wide-ranging practical knowledge of the HR function and Malawi labour laws, At least 3 yrs experience in a senior HR position, Preference will be given to applicants displaying a mature and responsible attitude, Professionalism in terms of corporate behaviour
