Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (4 posts) – Phalombe, Mangochi, Balaka, Mulanje – Dignitas
Will implement and contribute to the development of HIV/AIDS related Monitoring and Evaluation activities in the district, She/he provides technical support to DI district team/s, MOH and health facility based HMIS officers to promote timely collection, analysis and utilisation of data for decision making
A Bachelors Degree in Demography, Epidemiology, Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant field, Experience in implementing M&E activities preferably in HIV/AIDS programming, Strong computer skills, knowledge of word processing required with preference for expertise with MS Excel, and ability to manage large databases with MS Access, Capacity to undertake statistical analysis with SPSS/STATA/SAS preferred, Familiarity with Department of HIV/AIDS and other MOH M&E tools a plus, Experience with USG/PEPFAR performance management requirements is a plus, Experience of conducting operational research on health programs a plus, Mature, motivated, independent worker with strong problem solving skills, Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chichewa
