3 months period and the duty station will be in Kasungu, will be responsible for fulfilling any tasks deemed essential by the language/Culture Coordinator and Training manager for the training occurring February through May 2016, will work under the supervision of the Language/Culture Coordinator and the Training Manager and in collaboration with Home Stay Coordinator and all other training staff
 
Should have at least 2 yrs progressively responsible experience in Chichewa, Chitumbuka, Chilambiya, Chiyao and Chitonga language Training and Cross-Culture, design and implement lesson plans, prepare and present structured Language/culture lessons, make and effectively s visual and other teaching aids in class, Those fluent in Yao, Sena, Chinyiha, Chinadali and Kyangonde will have an added advantage
 
Strong interpersonal/communication skills, Ability to  solve most language and cross cultural problems, Ability to design and implement lesson plans, The ability to work as a team member and prior experience working in a multi-cultural setting, proficiency in spoken and written English, Strong computer skills with knowledge of Window operating system and Microsoft Word, Adult learning principles application, Knowledge of the history of Malawi and its cultural diversity, Adult training experience, Diploma or Degree in Education or its equivalent
