 Responsibility• Responsible for meeting minimum sales and collections standards and build a profitable business 

• Provide strong leadership and maintain clear communications 

• Responsible for developing a strong infrastructure and focus on centre’s sales and collection goals 

• Should analyse the latest market trends and develops a plan based on the results 

• Must be able to manage customer relationships and customer retention 

• Should be able to handle training of sales executives and manage a team
 
Requirement• Post graduate from a reputed institute, preferable with a science background 

• Overall 6 years of experience in the industry with a minimum 2 years+ of experience in a Managerial/Leadership role in IT Sales 

• Should possess proven IT sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets

• Should have hands on experience of managing multiple customers across geographies 

• Must have proven people leadership and good networking across the Industry 

• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical 

• Possess ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
