Applicants must have a minimum of Bachelor of Public Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, or related fields with at least 3 yrs experience in a busy similar position 

The position is offered on a 2 yr renewable contract basis 

Manage student registration in liaison with Assistant Registrar Academic, Ensure student records are up to date, Ensure student and staff academic policies are availed, Support ODL Coordinator and programme facilitators with secretarial services, Ensure timely advertisement of programmes, Facilitate communication to students and stakeholders, Ensure students meet their registration commitments, Liaise with  the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on tracking progress, Offer student support services, Any other duties as assigned by Management
