Generally a hands on person with high level managerial skills – ability to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate activities, Works both independently and as part of a team both locally and internationally depending on nature of engagement, Has excellent report writing skills, Is an expert in his field and is hands on, Is professional, mature and a self-starter, Possesses strong communication, presentation and marketing skills
At least Bachelors Degree in Business/Accounting/Commerce/Economics, An MBA or ACCA or CIMA or equivalent over and above the first degree is an added advantage, At least 7 yrs of professional working experience in a busy organization providing related advisory services
