Role overview
| Are you an experienced Country Director? Have you had lots of experience working in NGO environments across Africa or Asia-Pacific? We are creating a pool of professional and qualified Country Directors to work on short term assignments to help us react more quickly to our ever changing environment. |
Skills, qualifications and experience required
| You will have extensive experience at country director/country representative level with grant management, programme management and people management experience. You will be able to demonstrate leadership to lead the implementation of our programmes, manage employees and volunteers, funding, finance and risk. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and really make an impact. Most assignments will be for a 3 – 6 month period. You must be fluent in English, be medically fit and be ready to commence within two to four weeks. |
