Reporting to the Managing Director, the Manned Security Process Improvement Director manages the provision of quality contractual and ad-hoc integrated security services to customers in Malawi in compliance with legislation, company policies, processes and procedures, to ensure the achievement of budgeted financial targets and satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Manned Security teams in implementing security strategy and policies
- Oversee the development and delivery of manned security operational standards in accordance with service performance standards
- Manage revenue, costs and profitability in line with budgetary expectations
- Deliver robust operational management to meet customer needs
- Manage relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Effective leadership, development and management of staff
- Driving growth and retention within the business unit
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant certificates in Security management
- Over 5 years experience in security management
- Proven track record in customer account management with demonstrated commercial acumen
- Knowledge of financial principals as would be necessary in budget and profit/loss account ownership
- Ability to meet revenue and profit targets
