We deliver 31 clinics 100 social franchises with a budget of c.4 billion kwacha.
BLM is a senior member of the Marie Stopes International Global Partnership which develops effective and sustainable family planning programmes in the UK and overseas. Marie Stopes International supports its partners with technical, financial and management inputs, and monitoring and evaluation on a continuing basis.
About the role
Reporting into the Country Director BLM / Marie Stopes International are recruiting for an experienced International Auditor, to be based in Blantyre, Malawi.
The purpose of this role is to build capacity in Malawi through:
- Drawing up and implementing Annual Audit Plans
- Carrying out ad hoc research and investigations
- Reviewing, testing and reporting on the effectiveness of internal controls and improvements
- Working with external auditors
About you
We see you bringing to the role a background in internal audit on systems and protocols within finance and accounting, procurement, logistics, supply chain, HR or similar.
As well as those based in Malawi, we are particularly keen to hear from those looking to relocate.
