Role overview
| For our Health Programme in Malawi, we are currently recruiting a Continuous Professional Development Facilitator for Ntcheu District Hospital under the Ntcheu Integrated Maternal Health Project. As a CPD facilitator, you will be supporting the delivery and management of CPD activities for the district. You will work closely with nurses and midwives in creating an environment that is conducive to the provision of quality care through CPD activities. You will document all CPD activities and write best practice stories for sharing and publication. |
Skills, qualifications and experience required
| You have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Midwifery with a minimum 5 years working experience. You possess mentoring skills that maximise learning and progressive skills development. You are friendly, approachable, understanding and enthusiastic about CPD and willing to work in a resource stricken environment. You are willing to commit for at least 12 months. |
