Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Social media outreach;
- Data record management;
- Candidate sourcing;
- Logistically and technically support high priority recruiting projects;
- Schedule interviews;
- SmartSearch (ATS) reporting analyses;
- Organize, participate in, and speak at university career fairs;
- Other special projects as assigned by global recruiting team.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate or Graduate student (highly qualified Undergraduate seniors), ideally focusing on International Development, International Relations, Economics, Communications or a related field;
- Interest in recruiting and knowledge of microfinance and international development issues;
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and complete projects by deadline;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, especially writing and editing;
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- International experience is beneficial;
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and under time pressure;
- Available 40 hours per week, for a minimum 12 weeks.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Logistically and technically support high priority HR projects;
- People Soft 9.2 bio data project;
- New employee global orientation planning and guide book;
- Other special projects as assigned by compensation manager and manger, HR, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate or Graduate student (highly qualified Undergraduate seniors), ideally focusing on International Development, International Relations, Economics, Communications or a related field;
- Interest in human resources and knowledge of microfinance and international development issues;
