About the Job: 
FINCA International is seeking a Global Recruiting Volunteer - Summer 2014. S/he will be responsible for working with global recruiting team.
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Social media outreach;
  • Data record management;
  • Candidate sourcing;
  • Logistically and technically support high priority recruiting projects;
  • Schedule interviews;
  • SmartSearch (ATS) reporting analyses;
  • Organize, participate in, and speak at university career fairs;
  • Other special projects as assigned by global recruiting team.
Qualifications: 
  • College Graduate or Graduate student (highly qualified Undergraduate seniors), ideally focusing on International Development, International Relations, Economics, Communications or a related field;
  • Interest in recruiting and knowledge of microfinance and international development issues;
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and complete projects by deadline;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, especially writing and editing;
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently;
  • International experience is beneficial;
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and under time pressure;
  • Available 40 hours per week, for a minimum 12 weeks.

FINCA International is seeking a Human Resources Volunteer - Summer 2014. S/he will be responsible for working with HR staff across a number of priority initiatives globally.
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Logistically and technically support high priority HR projects;
  • People Soft 9.2 bio data project;
  • New employee global orientation planning and guide book;
  • Other special projects as assigned by compensation manager and manger, HR, and employee engagement.
Qualifications: 
  • College Graduate or Graduate student (highly qualified Undergraduate seniors), ideally focusing on International Development, International Relations, Economics, Communications or a related field;
  • Interest in human resources and knowledge of microfinance and international development issues;
