Role Summary/Purpose	GE Africa’s Early Career Development Program (ECDP) is a twelve month development program designed to give recent university/college graduates challenging work assignments, training and development, and exposure to leadership. The program combines hands on experience with formal classroom training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to become leaders in GE.
Essential Responsibilities	These positions will be within the Global Growth & Operations (GG&O) Business based in Mozambique and are open to recent university/college graduates with interest in Human Resources Management & Services.
Qualifications/Requirements	Recent college/university graduate with no more than 2 years’ work experience with degrees in one of the following courses: a) Administration HR; b) Administration of companies; c) Law; d) Social Sciences •Advanced MS Excel; •Exposure to other Microsoft applications highly regarded, especially PowerPoint and MS Project is advantage. •Ability to balance the competing needs of multiple clients with resourcing and team priorities; •Ability to research, collect, analyzes and interprets data and translates it into meaningful information to support GE Mozambique. •Good knowledge about Mozambique Labor Law and HR requirements and procedures; •Authorized to work in your country full-time and without restriction •Fluent in Portuguese and English (oral and write) •Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment •Demonstrated team player •Confident self-starter who has demonstrated drive •Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
