And all other duties assigned, Demonstrate business planning skills, to achieve visitations ad meet sales targets, Provide feedback to the underwriting dept to ensure quality service and underwriting standards are maintained, Coordinate all marketing campaigns, Develop and market company products, Develop an in depth understanding of our company’s products, Establish and build new relationship with existing and potential clients
Driving licence is a MUST, computer literate i..e MS Office, Power point, and MS Excel, Excellent analytical skills, Demonstrate commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements, A driven sales approach that ensures meeting of targets are met, Negotiation skills, Communication and customer care skills, Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, At least 3 yrs experience in a similar position in a busy office, Those with insurance experience will have an added advantage, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration and Marketing, Those with CIM qualification will have added advantage
