Insurance Account Executive – Kingfisher Insurance Brokers and Consultants Ltd
Aiding Sales Executives, Business Development Officers, Unit managers and clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts
Bachelors Degree in Business related field, Minimum of 3 yrs experience, Knowledge and understanding of insurance legislation, rules, laws and other regulations, Excellent customer service skills with ability to develop sound relationship with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, Computer skills in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Ability to travel extensively
Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time, Following up company policies and procedures, Other duties as determined by client and broker needs, Marketing certain lines of coverage as determined by Management, Invoicing (renewal placements, brokerage fee, premium advice notes), Managing post binding process (preparation of directly, coordinate critical out print i.e. certificates of insurance, cover confirmation notes)), Managing client proposal preparations (participate in presentation as needed), Reviewing insurers’ quotations for accuracy, Establishing work timelines, Supporting Unit Managers with renewal process, Production of quarterly stewardship report, Responding to client request/questions within ability/knowledge timely, , Managing daily transactions for an assigned book of business through supervision of Unit Managers (i.e. audits, adjustment, endorsement requests, and coverage analysis)
