Head of Branch Office (m/f)
Location: Maputo/Mozambique
What you can expectOn the basis of your successfully completed studies of civil engineering you will actively participate in the development of our subsidiary in Mozambique, being responsible for the organisation and administration of the subsidiary. To be present in the projects on site is one of your tasks as well as personnel selection, HR administration and development in the branch office. You are responsible for the development of an effective network of consultants and partner companies as well as acquisition of new clients in the areas of urban water management, energy/environment and transport For this purpose you will create market analyses, identify new project and participate in feasibility studies.
What we expect
- Long time experience in a similar position abroad
- Many years of experience in personnel management
- Self-confident behaviour in a political environment
- Excellent English and Portuguese skills
- Tropical fitness
