The company’s core functions are the refining of crude oil, the marketing of our primary refined petroleum products and the provision of convenience services via our retail network. The following position has become available in Malawi.
Retail Network Manager
Reporting to: the Marketing Manager
Starting: 1 February 2017
Key Purpose
To add value to Engen Malawi’s retail business base through customer retention, focused business growth (new and existing), managed compliance and maintenance of the network in line with the organization’s Standards, Vision, Mission and Values.
Marketing Manager
Reporting to: the Managing Director
Starting: 1 February 2017
Key Purpose
To manage the marketing functions (Retell / APO/Commercial / Lubes) and resources (people, capital assets) to achieve Engine business objectives in order to deliver sustainable business growth end maximise Engen’s profitability end optimization of business processes.
