Deloitte seeks the following candidates on a contract basis for the program period:
Chief Financial Management Specialist
A holder of ACCA/CIMA with a minimum 10 years at managerial level with
- Strong programme/project management experience,
- Strategic leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, and
- Previous experience with donor funded projects is essential
- Oversee management of financial and accounting activities.
- Ensure the integrity of all contractual relationships amongst program stakeholders.
- Supervise personnel to implement, and maintain financial management policies, systems, structures, and procedures for the project,
- Monitor and report on program budgets.
- Assist program officers in ensuring compliance with procurements and accounting policies and procedures, compliance with USAID donor contractual and audit requirements.
- Work closely with project officers regarding the project implementation planning and cash flow projections.
- Assist with ensuring financial records and backup documentation are ready for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with timely reporting to the donor.
- Assist with the safeguarding of program assets and reputation for ethical conduct and fiscal transparency
