Position : P&C Business Partner for Emergency and Grants (For World Vision Malawi Employees only)

Purpose of Position

To provide effective, transparent and legally compliant staffing services to grants and emergency portfolios of WV Malawi. The position will also provide oversight of end to end P and C transition processes of professionals and technical personnel in a timely and cost effective manner

Position : Infrastructure & Systems Administrator (For World Vision Malawi Employees only)

Purpose of Position

The position is responsible for the development and operations of secure and highly available national and time zone computing platforms. S/he will also design, install, maintain and upgrade the enterprise’s systems operating environment including the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure.

Position : Zonal Finance Officer (For World Vision Malawi employees only)

Purpose of Position

Carry out finance and accounting function at the zone with a focus on Financial transactions and general ledger operations, ensuring that WV policies and procedures are adhered to and that financial transactions and records are in compliance with the approved accounting systems and GAAPs.

Position: Associate Director-Communications, Advocacy and Justice for Children

Purpose of Position

To provide overall leadership to the Advocacy, Communications, Gender and Justice for Children in support of WV Malawi National Office strategy. The role will strongly position WV Malawi’s “voice”, policy positions and influence to internal and external stakeholders.

FULL POSITION TITLE: PARTNERSHIP LEADER, STRATEGY, REALISATION, COLLABORATION & INNOVATION

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position will provide leadership and act as a key focal point for the 2030 strategy adoption and alignment across World Vision Partnership and near-team strategy realisation to maximise impact for children and the poorest of the poor. Lead the Global Office of Strategy, Collaboration & Innovation (GOSCI) and the Strategy Realisation Office (SRO) and facilitate the network of strategy professionals within entities across the partnership.

This position, in collaboration with others will ensure the application of a consistent model for strategy implementation, appropriate high level content/focus, and the coordination of all entities efforts to both.
