Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
Masters Degree in finance, economics, business management or related field with;
- Strong skills in provision of technical support to ensure that project team and partners use a well-prioritized and realistic plan of activities that will meet expectations in program delivery including tracking and assessing distinct program contribution.
- Strong skills in provision of technical support to ensure that the project team has quality information to assess progress towards expected results established in work plans.
- Demonstrable capacity to provide technical support to ensure that performance reviews are well- prioritized, strategically selected, designed and carried out with quality process and products and that the results are useful for effective decision making.
- Strong capacity building skills to ensure that monitoring and evaluation capacities of local authorities and partners are strengthened enabling them to increasingly engage in and lead monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Minimum 8 years professional experience
