Project Accountants Wanted at Deloitte Malawi

We are seeking qualified candidates for an anticipated Program in support of Financial Management within local assemblies in both long-term and short-term technical and non-technical positions. Malawian nationals are highly encouraged to apply.

Deloitte seeks the following candidates on a contract basis for the program period:

Project Accountants

A finance related Degree with a minimum of 8 years professional experience in;
 Creating project accounts in established accounting systems.

 Maintaining project-related records, including contracts and purchase orders.
 Reviewing and approving supplier and contractor invoices related to the program.
 Reviewing account totals related to program assets and expenses.

 Investigating project variances and submitting variance reports to management.
 Draft financial management reports for submission to program management.
 Close out project accounts upon project completion.
